Are your trainers flip-flopping or now a nasty shade of brown when they should be white? Yep, its that time. Let’s go through your shoe rack at the bottom of your wardrobe and see what we can salvage or bin to see you through another season. Not sure where to start? That’s OK, here’s the current high street lowdown:
You may have seen people starting to wear their Reebok Classics again and you want to wear yours too. Please don’t! There’s a brand new style out this time around. She’s been the face of every big brand this year and now model of the moment, Gigi Hadid is currently endorsing a new campaign with Reebok – bringing back an old style with a modern twist. The Reebok women’s classic trainer now features swanky iridescent detailing. Available from JD Sports for £65, Gigi is certainly taking an old favourite on a strut down the catwalk.
adidas Originals love being a bit different to their standard street stuff – my brother loves these Space Diver 2.0 Hi-Tops. This style was huge in the 80’s and early 90’s (think Will Smith in the Fresh Prince) but surprisingly they are back with a bang! The funky style and colours will look great with denims, chinos or shorts. Even then most plain dressed of guys will love these. Now available at M & M Direct for £19.99.

Lets be honest, traditional high street brand Clarks isn’t the first place you’d think of when hunting for a new pair of sneaks. Its where you got measured for your first pair of school shoes but would you consider them for trainers now you’re a fully grown adult? They have a new crowd of fans investing in trendy new trainers and shoes – I’m quite impressed with their range this season. So bin those tatty Converse, and check out these silver metallic ‘Glove Echo’ sneakers for just £45.
