Implementing WordPress themes to allow easy content management

The other week I was asked by @HarryFord if I would implement his new blog design, allowing him to get back into blogging and update his old site.

Helping get to grips with WordPress

After spending the evening helping a friend get to grips with WordPress theme templates, it struck me how sketchy my knowledge is of some functionality.
