Elastic band ball movie scene recreation – Take One
Upon arriving at the office this morning I spotted that there were quite a few elastic bands piling up and waiting to be added to my elastic band ball.
After adding them, I had a rather random idea relating to some of the Lego minifigs sat on top of my monitor and began spending wasting parts of my lunch hour by attempting to recreate some movie scenes by combining the elastic band ball and minifigs.
The first scene was easy and very predictable, but after creating one or two more I began to ran out of ideas, time and effort.
Anyone who follows me on Twitter will have seen them crop up on there throughout the morning, so let’s see who can guess all the movies they represent:
Apologies for some minor inaccuracies (such as the lack of a certain space ship in one of them).

These are so damn good mate, every time I look at them altogether now I chuckle, I’m even using them as background images on my iPhone now.
I’m glad somebody found a use for them! Got some rather odd looks from a group coming out of a meeting whilst making the hot air balloon. :S
Awesome. Kept us well entertained. Funny how your lunch hour lasted all morning… Here’s our entries
Raiders of the lost ark
Sphere
James and the giant peach
Star Wars (not geeky enough to know which one)
Around the world in eighty days.
Is there a prize?
Who said a lunch hour had to be taken in one go? Sorry, no prizes on this one, just pure fun and excitement
