Seven months of daily blogging down, only five remaining

This entry completes yet another month of daily blogging and edges me closer to the end of a pretty successful year, so let’s hope we get there.

When reading the summary at the end of last month, it seems I was a little disappointed with some of the content produced in some of the posts.

SCRUM agile methodology for web development projects

As of last week Fubra have adopted a new way of managing and developing projects, it’s referred to as ‘SCRUM’ and as an agile development process.

It brings together the person/s with the ideas (Product Owners) with the development team (Scrum Team) that are fronted by a representative known as a Scrum Leader, who ensures the team are allowed to stay on track for their current sprint. more…
